Erikas at the boston vodafone store was extremely helpful. Not only did he go over the options for my upgrade but went over why the new phone would be a great fit for me! I'm really happy with my choice of phone and extremely happy with the service gotten in store!

Erik is Brilliant at his Job
Erik is Brilliant at his Job! He knows what he was doing! Came in for a top up and got a contract that was less than what I was paying for on Pay as you go! And I get more internet to use! Not only was he getting the order ready but was answering questions I had about my phone. Ecstatic about the service received!

My phone required a repair. I visited the shop where Erik dealt with my problem professionally and knowledgeable. He gave me guidance and advice about backing my phone up which he explained very well.
