David the Amazing Repair Specialist in Vodafone St Davids Centre Cardiff
I went into the Vodafone store in St Davids Centre in Cardiff last week.I was besides myself as unbeknown to me i had downloaded an app which resulted in my mobile going absolutely mental & having 37 viruses.I was unable to use my phone at all & was very worried regarding my information held on the mobile.David the repair specialist was amazing.within minutes my phone was sorted & up & running again.He also put my mind at rest explaining that the viruses were not harmful.What excellent service.Thank you David for all your help & making my day.

Thoughtful and helpful service
Yesterday I bought a new phone/SIM package from Vodafone Cardiff. Keira was the person who helped me do this. She was professional, friendly and took time to work through options. She also suggested there could be benefits in me changing my broadband to Vodafone but there was no pressure or hard sell.

Visited the Vodafone store earlier today and Rania helped me out with updating my plan. She was really friendly and patient, and walked me through a couple of options that actually saved me a bit of money.Only slight downside was that the system was running slow, so the whole process took a little longer than expected. But apart from that, the service itself was excellent. Happy with the outcome and appreciate the help!
