Best service I’ve ever received from Vodafone
Jorga was fantastic!
Right from the beginning I was having a bit of a nightmare with my contract.
I’d been overcharged for at least 8 months despite having paid off my phone contract.
Despite this, Jorja actually made me want to stay with Vodafone and got me a cheaper deal on a brand iPhone 15 pro max that was cheaper than my current contract (for an iPhone 11).
The staff in the Chichester are brilliant, helpful and friendly.

Staff in store
After going to store to collect a phone, witch was 3 days later promise. We was seen by a young bloke, the bloke was okay but found it very rude for him to be texting on his phone whilst serving us, also there was another man standing towards the back of the shop wearing Vodafone uniform,, he was on the phone wicth was clearly personal!! The language coming from his mouth was disgusting!! Swearing left right and center!! To be honest the whole experience was just uncomfortable

Really lovely helpful staff
Really lovely helpful staff. Samantha especially was great, taking me through the processing of getting a new phone. Shout out to the other staff (sorry I didn't get names - a young man with long hair, a girl with blue streaks and a northern girl) also helped me with various other things like transferring info from my other phone and claiming on a promotion as I'm a complete dipstick when it comes to tech/everything. Thanks guys!

Rude Customer Service
There was a store assistant named Charlotte who was rude and not accommodating to us (twice on my wife) maybe because we are just Asians and had no proper customer service. She cannot even thank us after the transaction and walked away from us like nothing happened. Previously, we paid £25 for transferring my old phone's data and they cannot even do it completely. We are paying our bills properly and the payment but they cannot treat us right. Milking money from their customers. They also got negative reviews from Google.
