Great Customer Service from Elizabeth
My wife and I went to the Dunfermline shop to get some advice and information about broadband before we move house. Our intention was to use the information to help us decide the best options but the staff member was very knowledgeable, friendly and totally understood our position. Her information and the customer focus she provided gave us the reassurance to buy the broadband without looking at other providers.
