I am on pay as you go plus unlimited data plan, I contacted support so many times and they told me they removed the age restrictions from my account but the age restricted settings still shows on my account, I already provided you with my DD master card that should be enough to prove I’m adult or do I need to pop into store with my ID card ?

Once again excellent support and guidance from Said and the team. Despite recent issues staff and specialist care team assisted so much to resolve the issues… this is why i remain with vodafone for the lengthy time I have been with them! One visit again to the store today just to check everything is fine…assistance and customer service goes a long way! Thanks to Said, the store team and specialist care team, greatly appreciated!

An elderly friend of mine has had terrible problems getting her NT broadband moved to Vodafone. New build. Exchange in Leith. Postcode states Openreach FTTP enabled yet 1 month in she has had no broadband to her flat. 3 visits from Openreach . Engineer arrives , no idea why . Can't solve the issue?? Keep saying she has 2 addresses. She lives in a flat with one address ( in a secure building) visitors have to go in via concierge ( different address obviously but same postcode) and still no one can connect her up!!! She was on BT wanting to move to vodafone as cheaper better deal . Router arrived!! What is going on .

I had been with o2 for 15 years and made the switch to Vodafone due to their attractive and low cost tariffs, got the iPhone 16 and was told my service would go live the next day from the branch in Edinburgh on Princes Street. I had a phone to trade in and they said it would need to be handed in within the next 2 weeks to receive the discount from the phone trade in.
My o2 line was cancelled and was supposed to start immediately with Vodafone but the signal just kept saying no service so went back to the shop and they then decided to tell me I wouldn’t be able to use my new contract handset because they needed the trade in phone to complete my order, they said from receiving the phone they then had to send it down to HQ and that could take up to 2 weeks, it actually took 3 weeks. During this time they gave me a temporary number which was extremely unacceptable and I had to pay for it myself, they said it would be reimbursed once my contract was up and running but typically they have yet to pay it, I am guessing I will have to go into the store and request it even though it’s on their notes that it will be reimbursed.
I have had nothing but shockingly poor signal in Edinburgh, I work all over the city in various locations and rarely get anymore than 1 bar for service, never had 5G and the 4G that you get is diabolical, takes forever to load pages or maps it’s very unreliable, it doesn’t actually matter where I go I have never had a full signal with Vodafone, they did the signal checker for me in store at my work locations and several areas where shown as 5G areas but again never had 5G in these areas. Worst phone carrier I have ever used, I can’t believe I have almost 2 full years with these cowboys before I can change to my old provider.

My name is Fania. Today about 2 pm I was at the Vodafone shop that is on Prince Street, I was attended by a boy who was unprofessional, rude, and unpolite looked like he had a personal problem or maybe he had not had sex for a long but the point is that I lost my time because at the end he didn't solve my phone problem. Please be careful when hiring a person like this boy.
Muaaz, Vilius and James so helpful in getting my upgrade sorted.
Professional, pragmatic and also efficient. It’s why I continue to stay with Vodafone.
