Gremlins in my phone !
Had to visit our local store as my phone was a mess. An app I'd downloaded completely altered my phones appearance and it's ability to function normally, in other words gremlins had got in! What a fantastic and professional team!
Danni and latterly Alexwere a great team, they helped us with our choice of phone, and explained very patiently why the phone suited our needs, we had a little difficulty with transfer of data because of forgotten passwords but nothing was too much trouble and they helped us get everything up and running

I stopped by Evesham Vodaphone shop today (even though my account is with Three). I was having trouble sending an email with 7 photos attached, and I was having trouble deleting some apps. I talked to Arun. He was friendly, supportive, and was able to help. He also showed me how to do some things I didn't even know I could do or should do with the phone. This was very helpful for a non-techie 82-year-old.
