I came in with a broken phone with hope for an opportunity to upgrade early. Ryan was more than helpful. He explained my different options thoroughly with a smile on his face and was very patient with me! Him and his colleagues were friendly and very attentive. Great service
Great service. Even though I was only looking to get some deal options as I am not a Vodafone customer at the moment, they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was nice to talk to sales people that weren’t just above school age who understood my needs and didn’t try and force me to buy something. I will definitely go back when I am finished with my current network

Farnham has strong internet for new phone data transfer
Franchise shop in Worthing didn’t have strong enough broadband to support data transfer to new phone. Wasted 2 hours of my tone. Luckily they recommended going to Farnham where I was able to walk out with a functional new phone with tow phone lines working

I went into the farnham store and ordered my new iphone with Nicola which was out of stock at the time, I was kept up to date by text and the phone was ready to collect. I went into the store today and Nicola served me, she set my iphone up and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful a very pleasant member of your team

Excellent Customer Service
Visited on Wednesday 2nd of April having just taken delivery of a new iPhone 15 and requiring help in transferring data and contacts from an Android phone to an Apple system.
I was served by Darren and thank goodness l went to see an expert as l could not have managed to do it myself. Suffice to say he was extremely patient ,
informative and a total professional in all that he did. Without his help l would have been totally lost and yes there was a £25 charge to pay as required by Vodafone but it was well worth every penny
So many thanks to Darren for his excellent service as he is an excellent asset to Vodafone.
