I am very lucky to have a Vodafone shop in Felixstowe- it’s so easy going in and ask the 2 guys there - I don't know the manager name but him and Cole always look after me. They have been working in the shop for several years and it is reassuring every time I go there they are polite and very helpful. Yesterday I was asking for a new contract and Cole was again very helpful and welcoming and an hour later I came with a better deal.
Much better going into the shop than hanging on the end of a phone. Thank you.

Michael at Felixstowe store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable
Came in to get my daughter’s SIM card sorted out. it was no hassle and he got it completed within a few minutes. He also took the time to make sure that I was on the best Plan and the best deal for my phone which was very much appreciated.
