incorrect billing
I visited the store back in September to upgrade from one device to another. I had to speak with someone in vodafone customer service as the old device was never removed as promised therefore I was still charged. I paid to finish that contract on the day which vodafone I did not do and I am now still being asked to pay out of the contract which has already been done. I was charged £140 today and threatened to be reported to credit agencies. It is 13:28pm in the Afternoon, I have been on the phone since 10am spoke with numerous agents who have no idea how to handle my complaint and have now been cut off at least 3 times.
I have phoned repeatedly today and would prefer that someone takes ownership of this issue and calls me back to finally resolve it. I have wasted a lot of time and money so far.
