Great service, friendly and professional
I had a fantastic experience at Glenrothes Vodafone. Lee assisted me with finding the right Tablet for my wife. He showed me all the options, services and payments to assist me in making the decision that fit our budget and our needs.
We also had my wife's father with us. Lee again assisted my father in law in choosing a phone that meets his needs and not to confusing. Lee took the time to explain everything so my father in law understood everything. Lee's patience, friendly attitude and professionalism has made our experience fantastic. Thank you so much.

After numerous issues with O2
After numerous issues with O2, I decided to change my mobile provider. I decided to go to Vodaphone and so glad I did. Lee in the Glenrothes shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my needs and gave me options that suited them. He explained everything I needed to know and the support was amazing, especially when I needed help the next day. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone in store were excellent. Highly recommended.

I popped into the store at Glenrothes today .
Rebecca greeted me with a big smile and asked if she could help me .
I explained I needed to find out when I was out of contract , and info on obtaining a new phone .
Rebecca spent loads time going through lots varies options available . Paying attention to what I wanted and needed . Not what they thought I would like !
I came away with new updated sim only just now and holding off to Black Friday sales to purchase a new phone .
Rebecca was very informative , not pushy .
The store was nice and clean and other staff member guy made me feel valued as a customer .
That’s why I keep returning as does my family members to this particular store .
Although it’s usually the manager Dan who also has a great ethos on customer care and it’s rubbed onto his employees. Well done guys
