Harlow Vodafone’s amazing experience
The shopping experience in Vodafone was second to none. I was served by a gentleman called Amaar and he was brilliant. Such a chilled back experience while I had my coffee. Upgraded my phone to a brilliant package and on-top of that I got an amazing deal with a tablet. Who said loyalty doesn’t pay? I’ve been on Vodafone ever since I was in nappies and it’s never let me down. Since the days they sponsored Fergies United. Signal everywhere. Can’t beat that. They need to keep more retail shops open for old timers like me. All this online AI malarkey is to confusing. Thank you Amar, credit to Harlow Vodafone.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Vodafone store today. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. I was struggling with both my phone upgrade and a SIM issue, and the team guided me through every step with patience and clear explanations.Special thanks to Adam and Liv, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. They not only resolved my technical issues but also offered helpful advice on the best plans for my needs. Their friendly and reassuring attitude made what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free.It’s rare to receive such attentive customer service these days, and I really appreciated the care and professionalism shown. Vodafone has some excellent team members who clearly take pride in helping their customers. I left the store feeling valued and confident in my decisions.Highly recommend visiting this store for anyone needing help with phones, SIMs, or account issues – outstanding service all round!
