I was looked after by Tom in your Harrogate shop, he was excellent and professional the way he dealt with my Contract and getting me a new phone.
I would always prefer to go into a branch than deal with someone over the phone, I did try this before going into the Harrogate shop, but could not understand your rep, and he couldn’t understand me, pretty much a waste of time !!!

Do yourselves a favour if you go here READ carefully your agreement My router was awful (City Fibre) to blame here. We nearly lost the business landline. Had to cancel all Vodaphone and go back to Virgin to get any sense
