Thanks to Ben's expertise & patient explanations I was able to choose the right deal for me. He understood my level of tech knowledge & where it stopped, without making me feel stupid! A big shout out to Ben
A big shout out to Ben - as a frequent tourist to Horsham i arrived in Horsham on Monday 20 July with my Samsung mobile bearing the" green line of death" down the screen.
Living in Jersey the phone repair shop was shut on Sunday when the line appeared and I realised i had to get my phone sorted and quickly!! Ben kindly recommended a reliable and efficient mobile phone repairer - repair job done in 45 minutes!
Ben had nothing to gain as my phone provider is Jersey Telecoms! I really appreciated his recommendation and kindness.

Great customer service
We went in for 2 reasons and had a great service from Ben who greeted us as soon as we entered the shop and also Keiron who was very helpful.
Excellent customer service.
We hadn't found the online site very good. In fact it's awful. Please keep real humans who know their stuff and are pleasant and efficient.

A huge thank you to Oliver and Tom at Vodafone in Horsham for helping my brother upgrade his new phone today.
This is the second time Oliver has helped me with upgrades, and what really stands out is that he even remembered me — such a personal touch that makes all the difference. Both Oliver and Tom were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everything simple and stress-free.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and they are both a real credit to Vodafone Horsham. Thank you again!
