A huge thank you to Oliver and Tom at Vodafone in Horsham for helping my brother upgrade his new phone today.
This is the second time Oliver has helped me with upgrades, and what really stands out is that he even remembered me — such a personal touch that makes all the difference. Both Oliver and Tom were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everything simple and stress-free.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and they are both a real credit to Vodafone Horsham. Thank you again!

Had a great experience at Vodafone
Ben was extremely supportive and very informative while helping me with my iPhone 17. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
