Fantastic service from Kurt, the manager at Vodafone Ipswich. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I needed. Great face to face experience
Ben was really patient and helpful in trying to get our monthly costs down, not only on one phone but also our broadband package, saving us money each month. He also upgraded another phone’s SIM at the same time. I normally upgrade online and never been very happy, but would go in to a shop personally in future.
