Contract due for renewal
Due to replace my phone so popped into local Vodafone shop and spoke to staff as to what would be best for me (been on the Vodafone network for a few years now and happy with it). Directed to a new Samsung phone, did all I needed it to, so bought that on a new contract. Very helpful and friendly team in store. Whole family (and home wifi) are on Vodafone

Great customer service
Went into the Newark store and Issy helped me sort out a new Sim only deal, with all the requirements I needed at a good price. Very easy to sort out and process was very quick. Issy was very helpful and great customer service!

Could not have had a better experience than the one provided by Dennis yesterday in Newark. Helpful patient warm efficient. Dennis took a potentially nightmare scenario- trying to replace lost handset and negotiate new contract for my recently bereaved elderly mother - into a smooth straightforward transaction.
