Amazing service! Came to Newcastle from London in a visit. Had to upgrade my phone and those for my 2 daughters. Dan made the process so easy and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Perfect service by Dan!! He was just off the break and was so prompt in coming to us! Quick to find out about our needs and recommended accordingly. Vodafone, Newcastle excellent service.
I visited Vodafone, Eldon Square, Newcastle with account and contract queries on my families 4 mobiles.
We dealt with a young lady called Sam, she was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.
She wrote everything down for us, dates, accounts, amounts, DDs etc, a year of confusion sorted.
