Very Impressed with the Customer Service
I had remarkable service from all the staff in the shop on 11th May. They were extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Matthew made my phone swap an enjoyable experience and explained all the processes well. I was dreading swapping my phone for a new one but Matthew did all the work for me. VODAFONE ARE 💩 they couldn't give me broadband or telephone service so I only had a mobile with them it was ceased and it's all now with EE and BT as I won't bother with these idiots again as they are too expensive

Great customer experience
I had a great experience with Vodaphone in Norwich both yesterday and today. My phone issues were successfully solved thanks to Adam, who was very knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful/patient with me. I would definitely recommend going to Vodaphone for dedicated customer service!

Nothing was too much trouble

I went into the shop to order a new phone was greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who obviously has the patience of a Saint! I had just driven to the city after a very busy week of work with 7/8 year olds more or less feeling brain dead! Megan explained everything several times for me to understand!!
