Bilal was extremely helpful. I only went in with a query and it was answered with detail. Supported my needs, helped find me the best option for my circumstances. Other staff was very nice and supported/entertained my kids when they was free to do so (Merifa). Really nice work environment. Enjoyed my time with the staff.

Glen, the Vodafone Superman
I'm an O2 customer, I left my phone on the tram but s lovely chap called Glen found it told me he worked for Vodafone in Oldham. Once my contract is up I'll be coming in to see him. He was lovely and knew the value of an old man's phone and was able to reunite me with it.
If his customer service is as amazing as his heart and kindness is then I will look forward to being a Vodafone customer in his generous and kind hands.
