I today visited the Pontefract store along with my husband who was collecting a new phone he had ordered. We were assisted by a lovely young man named Jacob. We were greeted and asked to be seated whilst someone could attend to us and when he had finished with his previous customer Jacob collected us. He dealt with our request straight away explaining everything he was doing and why. He engaged us in conversation not putting his views on anything but we discussed all sorts to do with the area and community. I asked in general questions about phone apps. Which he went through with me even though I wasn't the one buying the phone, which was a small buy Samsung A16 . Jacob was very polite and so friendly his customer service was excellent we would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Today I visited the Pontefract store, and Jacob was absolutely brilliant answering all of my questions and helped me understand things so much better, I’ve never had such good customer service from Vodafone in all the years I’ve been a customer, as and elderly lady I sometimes find technology hard to understand but Jacob made it easy and now whenever I’m stuck I’ll be back to Pontefract to see him.

Called into the pontefract store this morning to upgrade my phone, I was met by the staff in there. They were so friendly and welcoming, But the biggest thank you goes to Jacob.
