Being something of a Dinosaur
Being something of a Dinosaur, I received a new iPhone from Carphone Warehouse on the Vodafone Network. Transferring data from my old phone was going sweet . However I failed to transfer my number before successfully wiping all information from it… Oopse.
There is no Carphone Warehouse in Retford and a shift at work was beckoning so I popped into the Vodaphone Network Shop in town.
I was met by Amy in the shop whom after listening to my dilemma put me at ease and set about installing the number on my new phone.
Amy’s knowledge and good nature were a credit to the company she works for. All the hurdles with the necessary security’s were sorted with a smile.
