Complex query
I had a complex query regarding a default that had been put on my account over 4 years ago. I visited the vodaphone shop at Parkgate and the assistant Darren was professional and very helpful, Darren liased with other colleagues on the phone and even tried online chat to help resolve the issue although he was being passed around. He was very patient and polite and spent nearly 2 hours trying to sort it for me.
