I had an outstanding experience at Vodafone in St Austell thanks to George! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option for my needs. He took the time to talk me through the different phones, SIM and phone plans, and explained everything clearly, making sure I chose the package that suited how I actually use my phone and getting best value for money.
There was no pressure at all—just honest, helpful advice and exceptional customer service throughout. George went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that I'd made the right choice.
A huge thank you to George for such fantastic service. He's a real credit to Vodafone, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone or plan, I will be seeing this store again when my partner needs a new phone!

Buying new Samsung Galaxy z flip 6 .....
In January of 2025 I purchased a brand new mobile phone from the St Austell shop with an air time package, but the reception was poor at home, so after 13/14 months of having to leave my phone on the window cill to get a signal, I opted for a sim only deal via ee to give me mobile coverage at home.
However the phone developed a fault and as it is only 17 months old, I went into the shop to ask for it to be repaired, the manufacturers warranty is 24 months. The shop manager then, because I have ended the vodafone air time deal, started to talk loudly in front of other customers and called me a "skin-flint" for going to a sim only deal and leaving vodafone, he said people get what they pay for and that I must "squeak" when I walk etc.
He said I am on my own to sort it out and I must contact Samsung myself etc.
No customer service skills, no goodwill gesture at all - just rude.!
Repeat business - never.
Keep clear from that shop, Chris, the manager, only wants to sell something, not help when something goes wrong. !

Chris was really helpfull
