Susie, the store manager was exceptionally helpful today. Firstly she sorted my problem with my apps then talked me through the options for my new phone. She was very patient and listened to what I wanted from my phone . I couldn't fault the service I got today. Thank you.

We went into the Stirling location to query a switch from Three to Vodafone with both a device and separate sim upgrade. Both Caitlin and Alex were incredibly helpful explaining the various options and made sure we left happy understanding our new contracts.

We have always used Vodaphone and so it is our 'go to shop'. We were greeted by Caitlin as soon as we arrived. We explained our requirement to upgrade my old mobile. She quickly researched our best options, guided us through the process. The item was ordered to be delivered to our home (it arrived next day) Caitlin was very patient, gracious with two dinosaurs who are not tech savvy and gave us confidence to do the transfer of data ourselves. She also welcomed us back if we had any issues.We felt we got a good deal and great service so very happy. We did have to return with a small query and Matthew was able to help on that occasion.

I was changing 4 phones to new contacts and the process was very clunky, the same process had to be repeated 4 times for some reason !!
Fortunately Matt was incredibly patient and helpful with this.

Callum was a top class guy with admirable people skills making my son who has adhd open up and talk to him about our upcoming football trip away. Callum helped me with my SIM card issue and the other manager I can’t quite remember her name but she was very helpful too, we had a great wee chat also. I actually enjoyed my wee visit to Vodafone. Although stressed out when I got there. Top class customer service. Hope the managers meeting goes well and Rock those shorts mate. 🤝 all the very best.
