Everything explained quick and easy
Everything explained and checked for my current data usage to figure out which mobile plan suits me, so I’m not paying for data I don’t need. I like to go into the store so I can ask questions face to face. Lee the store floor manager answered all my questions and queries and the whole process from start to finish was very quick and easy to do.

Great customer service
I came in with an enquiry about my contract that was ending soon. I was helped by Matthew at the washington store and he was very helpful and friendly. He listened to what I said I was looking for and what I don't really use and got a cheaper sim deal. Overall very happy with my experience.

I came in the store intent on…
I came in the store intent on cancelling my broadband and if necessary our mobile phone contracts. I met Matthew and he listened and acted immediately on my contract details, leaving me very happy with the new contract details.
He was very professional and understanding of my situation.
He is an asset to this Vodafone store and gets a maximum 5 out of 5 from a very happy customer.
