Still a place for in store purchase!
Went in store, as trying to use web site/my vodafone was confusing.
Karl quickly explained how the seperate phone purchase and air plans worked in terms of billing. We also explored all the options of buying phone outright, SIM only, changes roaming charges, as well as the traditional monthly new phone + SIM upgrade. Ultimately we arrived at a reasonable deal. Additionally, he ran through all the processes for swapping over SIM card, loading data onto new phone, accessories etc. Value added in terms of current product knowledge and offers, what i was trying to achieve, and reduction in time spent on websites, trying to find information. Would recommend.

Really helpful
I usually do everything online but this time I went into an actual Vodafone store and it was certainly worth it. Karl helped me to choose the right phone and plan and was able to check my usage and see what I required. Really helpful and it was so easy. Also, I immediately took my new phone home with me.

Went into store to get a new phone. Raj was great help explaining the packages and the new process with loan agreements. I’ve had bad experience online before which has put me off doing order over the internet. Will always use the store going forward.

Bradley sorted out my sim only deal. It was a bit of a complicated scenario, but he managed to fix it for me (I’d never been able to do it without popping into the store). Bradley was very professional and polite. Top employee, in my opinion.
