Popped into the Wilmslow store on Saturday regarding a roaming enquiry for the Carribbean, spoke to Leon who guided me and my partner through all the options, advised on charges and what would be best to do for the trip to avoid any large bills, we will definitely be back to renew our plans and move our broadband when they are due, amazing service and cannot recommend enough
