I walked into the shop with thoughts on upgrading my mobile. I have 2 mobiles and a broadband account with yourselves. Melissa was really helpful in explaining my account and showed patience whilst explaining in simple terms for me to understand . If I went into the shop again I would make a bee line fir Melissa. Best customer service I've had for years
I came into the store to enquire how to unlock my phone,Jodi greated me with a smile and reassured me she would be able to sort out my issue.The process was a lengthy one but at no time did Jodi make me feel that I was a nuisance.Jodi sorted out my phone and as much data as possible was saved...I ended up signing a new contract and left the store feeling really pleased that first class customer service still exists.... thank you Jodi
