My business has been a customer of Voipfone for around 15 years. Always very helpful customer service and unbeatable prices. All the features we need apart from integrations to other systems like Zoho CRM. Highly recommend.

I've been a Voipfone customer for a couple of years and cannot fault the service, they helped me to port several of my business numbers over from another telecom company and kept me updated throughout the process. We route their SIP trunks to our own PBX system which works flawlessly and downtime is very rare, their billing is transparent and competitive, it is rare to be able to recommend a telecom company but in this case Voipfone deserves credit where it is due.

I recently joined up to VOIP for my home phone. I was a bit nervous about getting it set up as I am not that IT savvy.

Everything arrived smoothly and I quickly set up the adaptor box to my cordless home phone. Very easy to follow instructions.

Unfortunately it didn't work. My worst nightmare as I had visions of not being able to get things working at all. I appreciate these things can happen but it was very annoying. I phone the VOIP customer service number and these were super. They tried all the normal turn it off and back on again. When that didn't work they logged on to my system remotely and set the entire system up and got everything working. The entire call only took about 20minutes to sort out the problem.

They were very apologetic, friendly and helpful. Very refreshing to deal with such a helpful and responsive customer service department. If you are considering a new internet phone and are worried about setting everything up yourself then I would definitely recommend VOIP because if you do have any issues with the set up they will get them sorted out very quickly for you.

Horrendous experience porting out a number to a new provider.

When things work its all well and good, but when they don't its constant chasing for updates and blame for everyone else apart from voipfone.

Mark A at Voipfone is brilliant !

Having trawled the internet for weeks wondering how on earth to keep my missus happy by keeping the home phone line activated since having full fibre fitted - thank God I found VOIPFONE last night.

I opted to use the chat feature online and Mark A was on the other end. He answered all my questions ( and there were quite a lot ) and then talked me through the process of signing up to the right package for me online, going through the download of software for the PC and mobile and then rang me on the new system to make sure it worked.!

He then went through the number porting process and what phones I could use in my house.

Customer service has been absolutely OUTSTANDING, a very very rare experience in todays world.

Hoping the number porting is seamless as well.

We've been with Voipfone for a long time now. I wanted to give an unsolicited review of the customer services. Each and every single time I've called because I can't remember how to do something or need some advice, the support staff are so patient and helpful and just brilliant. I so wish all customer services were like them!

Voipfone and the customer support team are second to none. They have helped me everytime with my problems. They answer immediately and are there until the problem is solved. I couldn't recommend them enough.

After being disappointed with other providers we joined Voipfone for our business calls. We have been impressed by the transparent pricing and customer service level.

I've been using Voipfone 500 for about 6 months, never had any issues, line quality is good and the price is great. Perfect for what I need!

As a company we have dealt with Voipfone for almost exactly 7 years. Their customer service levels throughout this time have been excellent. Their system is brilliant. We have operations and staff in several different locations and sell to many countries around the world. The cost is ridiculously low especially when compared to current offerings from BT and the like.

Getting tired of all the scam calls from numbers using this service when i goggle the numbers all recent scam calls have
"is a landline number operated by Inet Telecoms Ltd (Voipfone)"

I’m a residential customer, with a FTTP connection and no copper line. I wasn’t that fussed on having a landline and didn’t want to pay £20/month for one. Voipfone is a brilliant alternative - I pay £3.60 a month for a local landline number. My elderly relatives can now call me within their minutes as they don’t need to call my mobile. I have intermediate IT skill and was able to very quickly configure the Yealink W70B to connect to Voipfone. It was so easy. I also found live chat to very quick to respond and helped me with my query. I’m really impressed with Voipfone and intend to transfer my parent’s copper line to the service in the future to save them money on line rental.

An excellent product and exceptional tech / customer support.

As an IT manager up to 2007, I used to deal with switchboards. Whilst I am only using this service for a personal UK number as I live abroad, I can see that this service is fully capable of delivering scalable switchboard services to small, medium and large businesses.

I am quite blown away with the power of this system.

We are a small accountancy practice with colleagues both at office and hybrid. We have used Voipfone for 2+ years and pleased to say their services are excellent. Yesterday I sent an email to the CS team for hardware assistance. Within 15 mins, Daniel McKenzie called me back. We scheduled to have a session to check our system. He is so patiently understanding our issue. Initially he seems struggle to suggest any solution (because the way we set up the system). He has come up with several practical plans and tested these plans 1 by 1.

At the end he has helped us to resolve the problem. We would rate Daniel and everyone at Voipfone 5+ stars service. Thank you.

Was great at the beginning and has only improved since. We are only leaving because we’re closing down. I would never consider a different provider! 5*+.

I set up a small employment law practice and started using Voiphone. From the start, they have been an excellent resource. Voip allows me to have telephone numbers in my home town as well as London. Voip offer a cost-effective service. I never have to manage them and when I contact them there's always a person (rather than a call centre) to move things on.
Voip have been great at every point. I didn't even know I could operate in this way and yet have found major contracts in Manchester, for example, whilst on my bike in Cornwall!

I have been with voipfone across 9 sites for many years and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. The customer service lines are individuals who appear to capable beyond their actual job. Very nice and UK based. Occasionally we have had small issues but they are solved quickly and with good knowledge. As this is a self manage product people will benefit somewhat from actually knowing how it works and how to solve issues. My experience is that outages are nearly always 'my router' 'my local box needs a reboot' or the box has been fried by lightening. None of these things Voipfone are responsible for but to be fair they help us get back up and running quickly. And for a business it is such good value!! I am spending much less now than in the 1980s in pounds....overall in business they are pretty much my number one company to deal with.
(ps i never do these reviews but i randomly saw some online and I find it hard to believe some of the reviews are genuine or is it that the reviewers are intentionally difficult)

I've been using Voipfone since way back (2006), and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Support is second to none too!!!
