My Experience as a Vonovia Tenant
I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to be a tenant with Vonovia. Everything is going well with my apartment, and I appreciate the quality of service and housing provided.
However, I would like to share two points of feedback. First, it was quite challenging to reach your team during my apartment search, and it took me four months of applying to multiple Vonovia listings before finally securing a flat. A more responsive process would make the experience much smoother for future tenants.
Second, I have noticed that the Vonovia app is only available in German. As an international tenant, having an English language option would be extremely helpful for better accessibility and ease of use.
Overall, I am happy to be part of the Vonovia community and appreciate your efforts. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Comfortable & Convenient Student Housing
The accommodation is well-located near Dresden Hbf, offering a comfortable and convenient stay for students. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essential amenities. The environment is peaceful, making it a great place to focus on studies. However, the only downside is that WiFi is not provided, which can be inconvenient for students who rely on internet access for coursework and communication.

We have been trying to reach you and get your support regarding the heating problem in our house since November 22, 2024.
Whenever we call you, you say that you cannot speak in English and close the phone (On your website you say that you provide support in Sprachen: Deutsch, English, Türkçe). You called us just once when I was at work and then it was not possible to reach you again.
We send you at least 4-5 contact forms on the app but they are deleted, we don't see them.Our house is super cold, the heating system is not working just making sounds all day and night. It is unacceptable and inhumane.

Finally after a MONTH we have internet now. They are still not easily reachable, but thanks to Mrs. Steiner the issue was resolved as she spent some effort and specifically followed up with the case. Without her, we would most probably still be facing issues.
Lets see how it goes from there now.

Endlich nach einem MONAT haben wir jetzt Internet. Sie sind immer noch nicht leicht zu erreichen, aber dank Frau Steiner konnte das Problem gelöst werden, da sie sich Mühe gegeben hat und den Fall gezielt weiterverfolgt hat. Ohne sie hätten wir höchstwahrscheinlich immer noch Probleme.
Wir werden sehen, wie es jetzt weitergeht.

I have been contacted by email on 11th that my contract would start on 14th and I would be receiving Router and all the details before that date. On 16th (2 days after contract) I received credentials to signup for Vonovia Kundencenter. Today it is 18th (4 days after the contract started) and I did not receive a router, nor the connection is working. Basically it is the 3rd week without internet connection.
The problem is that they also do not respond in any of the emails or phone calls. I wonder how other are able to resolve issues with them.

Am 11. wurde mir per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass mein Vertrag am 14. beginnen würde und ich vor diesem Datum den Router und alle Einzelheiten erhalten würde. Am 16. (2 Tage nach Vertragsbeginn) erhielt ich die Anmeldedaten für das Vonovia Kundencenter. Heute ist der 18. (4 Tage nach Vertragsbeginn) und ich habe weder einen Router erhalten, noch funktioniert die Verbindung. Im Grunde ist es die 3. Woche ohne Internetverbindung.
Das Problem ist, dass sie auch auf keine der E-Mails oder Telefonanrufe reagieren. Ich frage mich, wie andere in der Lage sind, Probleme mit ihnen zu lösen.

I absolutely do not recommend Vonovia Multimedia. They are totally irresponsible.
We have recently moved to a building where only Vonovia Multimedia can provide internet connection. It is a sole Internet Provider and no other providers are allowed. It has been 2 weeks that I am trying to reach them through multiple emails and phone calls, but no response. We still don't have a connection.
I have been spending a lot money for temporary internet through mobile data as I do work from home and rely on the internet connection.
It is crazy how much effort you have to spend for a simple connection.

Wir sind kürzlich in ein Gebäude umgezogen, in dem nur Vonovia Multimedia eine Internetverbindung bereitstellen kann. Es ist ein einziger Internet-Provider und keine anderen Anbieter sind erlaubt. Seit zwei Wochen versuche ich, sie über mehrere E-Mails und Telefonanrufe zu erreichen, aber keine Antwort. Wir haben immer noch keine Verbindung.
Ich habe viel Geld für temporäres Internet über mobile Daten ausgegeben, da ich von zu Hause aus arbeite und auf die Internetverbindung angewiesen bin.

Unfortunatly the app is no english version and is hard to follow when is not even possible to translate directly. When I called to the call center the person was not able to speak in english neigther ask to someone to call me. Neverderless I can say that was much better than other companies in the market and I am happy with that. Thanks. Fernando
