Just a GREAT service
I normally wait while my VW is serviced. On this occasion I became aware a long diagnostic period would be needed and indeed the car was not ready until the next morning. It was too late to book a courtesy car and so I opted for the rental option. How great that this service has been introduced. It simply meant that I was not inconvenienced in the slightest.
