Missing items with no reund

Ordered my groceries on March 7. Received 2 items missing. Contacted support twice with no refund issued of the missing items despite admitting that they have an issue in quantity sent for many orders.

Not an English speaking, customer service agent

I called Walmart customer service this morning. I inquired about a recent credit that was supposed to be applied to my Walmart card. Unfortunately, I could not understand what the Walmart customer service agent was saying because of her heavy accent. next time I’m gonna ask for an agent that speaks clear English.

Do not apply at all!! Its a scam and a waste of time.

I never wanted a walmart rewards card until my girlfriend explained to me about it and then I applied and got accepted immediately.

I used it only ONE TIME and then the system completely blocked me for whatever reason. I called hundreds of times and it was the same old song and dance with them saying they will help me, email me, call me etc. I paid the balance in full very early hoping that maybe it will make my card work and it has been more than 30 days and still nothing. Today was the last straw today and I told them to close the account as I'm not wasting another 30 days or more being frustrated over something that doesn't even make sense. Walmart doesn't care about their customers. They will do anything to make you feel hopeful just to kick you down eventually.

Mind boggling Incompetence

Where to even start. I placed an order, it was delivered in 3 separate shipments, NONE of which were delivered to the right address. One I was able to retrieve myself, the others were delivered by the residents of the wrong addresses my packages were delivered to. None of them were delivered to the same address, one wasn't even delivered to the right street. Why are your delivery drivers unable to read an address that is very clearly and correctly printed on the label? Are they illiterate or incompetent? I called into customer service twice because I was dismissed and hung up on once. The first rep told me I should have left better delivery instructions in the provided box. What more instruction do you need on where to deliver a package other than the address?? I'm in a residential area. My address is very easy to find and the numbers clearly visible on the house. The second rep told me I should log in to my account and verify my address is correct. I didn't have to log in to verify that. My information is already verified by the fact the it is written correctly on the label attached to my package! More idiocy and incompetence, first from the delivery drivers, and now from the call center. Why do you insist on finding a way to blame your customers for your own shortcomings rather than addressing them and trying to make the situation right? I always order items that are shipped by Walmart (never from a third party seller) so the fault is 100% on Walmart and their delivery drivers. Walmart took no ownership at all. If they can deliver 3 separate deliveries, delivered only days apart, to three DIFFERENT addresses, with NONE of them going to the right address when the address on the label is 100% correct and legible. How can anyone on our household ever trust Walmart enough to place another order, and why would I ever shop in your stores either after this? I experienced nothing but stupidity and blame reversal in my attempts to get some sort of explanation and retribution to this matter.

Donna is amazing :))

Hi. My name is Lorraine and I live in West Kelowna. Today I was in our Walmart to buy a gift certificate for my daughter. I couldn’t find the Walmart g/c so I asked a store employee where they were. She said I had to ask a cashier to get it for me. I was waiting in line up #5. I always ask for the cashiers name. She said Donna. (Donna is an older woman with an amazing manicure.). I also bought a bag of green grapes. Donna warned me the grapes were $18.00. I thanked her for telling me that. She said lots of her customers are on a budget and may not realize how expensive the grapes are. She always makes sure they are aware :). Then I asked for a Walmart gift card. She left the cash register and went to the area the Walmart gift cards were kept. I told her that I was told by a store employee that I had to have the cashier get it for me. She apologized for the misinformation. Then she started to activate the card. She opened the packaging a little and swiped the card from the top down and then from the bottom up. Nothing. Then she said, speaking to the card, “Oh, so you (the card) are going to make me take allll the packaging off?” I burst out laughing and so did Donna. We both were laughing. I thanked her for making me laugh. I told her I was so grateful that I had her for my cashier today. She had warned me about the expensive grapes and made me laugh so much watching her trying to activate the card. I told her that she made my day and she said thank you for telling her that! Walmart / West Kelowna Donna is an amazing employee !

My credit card had a lot of fraud…

My credit card had a lot of fraud charges put on in December 2025 the scammers maxed out my credit card in one week and used it at 8 different Walmart in 8 different cities in Ontario. I live in Alberta. Walmart refuses to credit back those charges and are making me pay as they are on my balance and my interest. I would never ever deal with walmart. They don’t care about the customers just themselves

okay

I ordered from walmart canada-a bathroom shelf organizer-that never got a tracking number-and was not delivered. I am at day nine-countless calls to customer service who can not do anything. escalation team-has sent 4 emails telling me to be patient-as they are working on it. No refund-no replacement-146$ paid-and nothing. Everyone I speak to-is not from this country-and they all-say the same thing-nothing they can do. Now I have to dispute with my bank-and they investigate (last measure and unfair)-put my funds back in my account-and unfortunately-end with walmart-completely. I have ordered with them for years and never had an issue-but this one-completely erodes my trust-patience and peace of mind. Walmart should be looking at all these reviews as they are going to see a big loss in business-ongoing. Just terrible-customer service-and no phone calls back as promised-by-'escalation' team. What exactly do they do? Sad to have to go and not order from them ever again.

ABOUT YEAR AGO

ABOUT A YEAR AGO, I WAS IN OUR LOCAL LASALLE WALMART ANGRIGNON. EVERY TIME I HAVE SHOPPED THERE, I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THOSE CHECKERS AT THE DOOR ALWAYS HASVE NEVER CHECKED ITEM BY ITEM AND JUST GLANCED AT THE RECEIPT. THE CUSTOMER HAD A CART FULL, AND THIS CHECKER GLANCED AT HER BILL AND PASSED HER. WHEN IT CAME TO ME, HE LOOKED AT THE BOTTOM A STORAGE BASKET WAS THERE. HE ASKED ME WHERE IT WAS ON MY BILL BUT I COULDN'T FIND IT. HE STOPPED ME AND HAD THAT CASHIERE COME AND SHOW HIM. I AM EURASIAN AND LOOK INDIGENOUS. THIS IS WHAT TRIGGERED HIM. I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE MANAGER.

Expected grocery delivery yesterday…

Expected grocery delivery yesterday between 12-2pm. Arrived at 7:40pm!!
All refrigerated items warm. Ice cream liquid and not even cold. It had spilled all over other items on the bag.
Had to throw out all perishable food.
Forever on hold with customer service to get refunds. App would not let me do it for some reason. So now I don't have the food or the money.
I am a disabled senior. Because
Lower prices are nice when on a pension but I am actually feeling like I am held hostage by this crap service company. I really have to spend more somewhere else to hopefully get better service and food that is not unsafe to eat. OMG I am so mad at Walmart.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Looks nice, cooks poorly, not worth it

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Looks nice, cooks poorly, not worth it

I bought the Salton Glass Basket Digital Air Fryer – 4.5L (AF2136) mainly because of the glass basket and viewing window — it looks like a safer, cleaner alternative to coated baskets. Unfortunately, the performance is very disappointing.

First problem: uneven cooking. The back overheats while the front stays undercooked. Fries need constant shaking every few minutes or they burn on one side and stay soggy on the other. Frozen foods are especially frustrating — you end up running multiple extra cycles just to finish cooking.

Second: the temperature accuracy is terrible. Even following recommended air-fryer settings, food either dries out or never crisps. It clearly does not reach or maintain the displayed temperature.

The presets are basically useless. Each one requires manual adjustment anyway, so the digital controls don’t add value — just more beeping and button pressing.

The viewing window fogs up almost immediately, defeating its purpose. After a few uses it also develops a baked-on film that’s hard to clean, even though the whole selling point of glass is supposed to be easy maintenance.

Another major issue is the weak airflow. Instead of air frying, it feels more like a small convection oven — slow and mediocre. Cooking takes significantly longer than most air fryers.

Finally, the unit runs very hot externally and the fan noise is loud and unpleasant.

Overall, this product focuses on aesthetics over performance. A nice idea, but poorly executed. For the price, there are far better air fryers that actually crisp food properly.

I would not recommend this model and Walmart will not do anything about it

10 times now.

Don't bother doing a curb pick up at the Hawkesbury location. We've had various issues on pick up. Order didn't drop into the system this time. Prior orders were, can't find it, it's not ready, please wait, order wasn't paid for, all your order items are substitutions, you are the wrong person.
I was not aware that rocket scientists were needed to run a curbside pickup schedule. This is unacceptable and the last time I go through this nightmare.

Bags that are not

What the hell is this? I got great value clear bags and I have essentially spent more time trying to open the bag up then actually filling it. It is like the plastic is melded together. Such a horrible product that I honestly threw out the rest of the bags. Not a great product at all

Dear walmart person reading this.

Dear walmart person reading this.
Walmart is the worst grocery store EVER. Because of your food, I got intense, agonizing and traumatizing food poisoning and liver failure. I'd even choose a dollarama or PC to buy my groceries. When I went to Walmart for the first and only time, a drunk employee dressed in a spiderman costume trapped me in the freezer and said "I'm saving the city" and then proceeded to beat me with a metal bat from the hardware section which broke all my ribs. I was trapped there for days and the only food I could eat was rotten bagel bites. After what I think was 4 days,an employee saved me but then hit me with the same metal bat because I barked at him. Then, he called me a good dog and I went to the checkout. It only got worse though. Although, I will spare you the details. When I went to the checkout, the casier flipped me off and took my wallet. Then she proceeded to burn it with a flamethrower and threw it back at me. I got third degree burns on my arm. This is where it gets crazy. The owner of the Walmart threatened to deport me to the good food across the street. I declined the offer so he ripped off his suit and turned into superman and lasered my legs off. After I died, I wrote this from heaven because God told me it would be lit.In conclusion I will be suing Walmart for all the money in the world except for my three dollars.

Peace homeboy

XOXO ur homeboy

ps 1 star would not come again
