Walmart use to carry a decent plus size section at the St. Jacob's ON location. Not anymore, they have moved whatever clothes to a very small location while expanding the regular fit. I know Karen Sco... See more

Walmart at Ira Needles Blvd has the…
Walmart at Ira Needles Blvd has the worst manager ever! I go there 2 or 3 times a week just to see if they have Silk soy original.
But they are always out. They say they just sold out because it’s on “so called “sale. They have way too much of the other varieties that don’t sell. This has been going on for a year now and my complaints fall on deaf ears at the service department. And while they’re at it they should get a new plumber because the mens washroom is always broken. The water pressure is turned down too low and the urin doesn’t flush out! Maybe somebody needs to take a management course! This has been going on for years!!
Always the greatest decision
Always a great experience and feels like home
Your best bet is to go to a actual grocery store
The people who pick your grocery do not pick them with care, and the people who deliver, for the most part is pretty good, but for the bad apples Walmart take no accountability for them. They will leave your grocery in the lobby and have them stolen. I am so hurt by losing my hard earned money money, got no grocery, and Walmart refused to refund my money because apparently I live in the lobby, so leaving my grocery in the lobby is considered delivered. Walmart customer service said I should ask a neighbour to go get my grocery because I am a person with disabilities. Asking for grocery to be delivered to my door was asking for too much according to Walmart customer service.
Walmart Canada's American approach to delivery orders
I have had a Walmart account for quite some time now and have generally been satisfied with their delivery service. Unfortunately, they have now contracted their delivery service to a third-party. This means that once Walmart collects your money and delivery charges, they no longer manage our order. As stated on Google, "While Walmart determines the official delivery time slot, the actual speed of delivery depends on when a driver accepts the order from the store. Because most Walmart deliveries are handled by third-party drivers (such as Spark, DoorDash, or Uber Eats) who are independent contractors, they choose which orders to accept based on profitability."
Consequently… "The amount of the tip is a major, and often determining, factor in how quickly your Walmart grocery order is delivered."
My order, due to be delivered January the 27th between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, was placed on hold because my 4% tip was not large enough.
As a senior on a fixed income, and given the ever-rising cost of groceries, I was shopping at Walmart to save money. Having done the math: grocery, delivery charges, and a 10% plus tip, I can no longer afford to shop at Walmart.
If these people are to adopt the new American approach to doing business, I will adopt Mark Carney's approach and seek out new partners.
I will be cancelling my relationship with Walmart and give my business two Canadian grocers and pharmacies. However, let these Canadian concerns be aware that other countries’ suppliers will also try to get our business, and if these Canadian businesses start treating us like Walmart, we will have other options as well.
I also call on our government to protect Canadian consumers’ interest in this area.
Worst online order
Worst online order. missing quantity, badddddddd customer service, liars. no refunds., wasting time. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALLLLLLL
Repeatedly Disappointed – No Accountability on Walmart Marketplace
I ordered an Oster product through Walmart Marketplace and received the wrong item. What surprised me most was how both the vendor and Walmart kept passing responsibility back and forth instead of resolving the issue. As a customer, I was left completely unsupported.
My original intention was simply to exchange the item for the correct one. After multiple unhelpful responses from both Oster and Walmart customer service, I had no choice but to return the product for a refund. This experience has made me lose confidence not only in the vendor but also in Walmart’s Marketplace system.
I’ve also had several disappointing experiences with Walmart Marketplace in the past, especially with cheaper items shipped from overseas third‑party vendors. Many of these orders arrived late, and every Marketplace shipment I’ve placed has been delayed. The pattern is consistent and frustrating.
Because of those past issues, I thought things would be different this time. Oster is a well‑known North American brand, and I purchased directly through Walmart expecting a reliable experience. That gave me the confidence to place this blender order. Unfortunately, this situation has shown me that even buying from a major brand through Walmart doesn’t guarantee proper service or accountability. After everything I’ve dealt with, I will be walking away from Walmart’s online marketplace altogether.
The BBB has even recommended that I bring this case to Consumer Protection Ontario, which says a lot about the lack of consumer protection in situations like this. When issues arise, customers should not be left navigating between two parties who refuse to take responsibility.
Based on these experiences, I will be avoiding Oster products and will think carefully before purchasing through Walmart Marketplace again.
More environmentally pro-active
All Walmarts should be more environmentally pro-active. As a suggestion, since they do sell household batteries and charge an eco fee, they should definitely provide a recycle bin at the entrance to their store so that customers can return used batteries. Also, their plastic bottle return machines are always "out of order".
My card was frauded
I keep being asked to "review my purchase" but when I do so, Walmart refuses to publish it on their website.
This was a purchase I did not make. It was a fairly large order, picked up by someone in at a Walmart in the Montreal area, hundreds of km from where I live. The charge is still being investigated by my credit card company so I don't know whether it was truly a fraudster or if Walmart made an error and charged my card for someone else's order.
I would love for someone from Walmart to look into this and tell me if anything can be done to investigate from their end. Unfortunately, I cannot opine on the quality of the chicken thighs, you'd have to ask the person who picked up the order on my dime!
Bought hamburger meat it was horrible crap
Bought hamburger meat it was horrible, what a mistake I new better but,
I would give it a zero if I could
I would give it a zero if I could. I purchased an over the door towel bar online. I thought you could return anything to a Walmart but apparently I was wrong. This item I got was a piece of garbage. I do not find Walmart to be cheap the only thing I find cheap are their products. Never again will I order online or step into anyone of their stores.
Never from Walmart.ca again !
It was just a few days ago, that we have to deal with a missing package, now it's about a new order made on Jan 16, 2026.
I have ordered: Item: pack of 2 - Whiskas Tuna Selections Natural Adult Dry Cat Food, 4-kg bag, times 2, and now I have been noticed that you can not delivery due “Out Of Stock”, but offers to buy something else. I have checked their website on the day I got noticed and stock was "Zero", checked again a day after and shows up stock is available, so, I proceed to buy again, and then, it got highlighter as "No In Stock" ?? REALLY ??
I am feeling so disappointed having to deal with your suppliers miss-information, as it was in stock. I really will consider NO to buy again from walmart.ca, and instead to buy from an online competitor retailer.
Good compagnie
I find the reviews very harsh. I've always had a good experience with Walmart, whether online or in-store.
Return nightmare
I ordered a TV stand which was delivered late but worse when I opened the package all the hardware to put it together was missing. So I had pieces to assemble that needed some complex hardware not just screws so I could not do it myself. I had to start a return process and they will only refund the item if it is shipped back to them. They are unwilling to pick it up where I have it now and insist on picking it up from the address which they delivered to which is my mother's address. So I have to repack and transport a bulky and heavy item back to her address. I have asked that they come get it on or after a certain date when I can have it there and they showed up early even after I made it clear it would not be there if they showed up before the date I said it would be ready. Customer service claimed to understand this. I have made five calls so far about the issue and the pickup.
Walmart Incompetence
Walmart is incapable of keeping the grocery department stocked. There are always basic grocery items out of stock. When ordering online, items are listed as in stock, but when they are delivered, there are always multiple items out of stock. When meal planning, or if I need a specific item for a recipe, ordering the item online rarely results in the item actually being delivered. I have never placed an order on Walmart that arrived with everything I purchased. The substitutions are ridiculous and leads me to believe that staff either don’t care or don’t know what items are similar. When ordering any baking, it always arrives smashed, squished, and badly damaged. I cannot understand why Walmart is unable to manage their stock or properly fill an order.
Missing promotional bonus and no response from customer service
I had a disappointing experience with Walmart Canada regarding a promotion and customer service.
I purchased a Nespresso machine during a promotion that clearly stated a reward/bonus would be included. I followed the promotion requirements and completed the purchase as instructed. However, the promised bonus was never provided.
I contacted Walmart by phone in September and October, all of the CS just brushed me off by transferring to the store, or claimed that they would escalate to management to check, but next time they would denied they have a record of my call. Then I also email around the end of December, using the customer service email that Walmart themselves confirmed was correct. I received no response. I sent a follow-up email in January, and again, there was no response at all.
What’s most frustrating is not just the missing promotional reward, but the complete lack of communication. Ignoring customers who are asking about a clearly advertised promotion is unacceptable. If there is an issue or exclusion, it should be explained — not ignored.
Based on this experience, customers should be cautious when relying on Walmart’s promotional offers, as follow-up and accountability appear to be lacking.
Order at your own risk
Order at your own risk, knowing that if anything goes wrong, Walmart will put the onus on YOU to fix their mistake. Defective photo album, with pages being cut beyond the expected margins on almost every page? Expect to call Walmart, be told to return to the store, call Walmart busy customer service line again from the store so they can speak from YOUR phone call to their store rep, and only after the store rep confirms the item is actually defective, will Walmart accept to reprint the order. And you better believe they will REFUSE to have the new order mailed to your house (which is the bare minimum at this point to avoid inconveniencing the paying customer after they printed a DEFECTIVE product to). No... Walmart will say there's nothing they can do, the apologetic customer service rep will say they know it's not enough, they will say they can't do better, and they will say you need to go back to the store a third time to pick up what you can only hope will be a better print. MEDIOCRE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You're better off going to a competitor! I know I will!
Unsubscribed from their email list
Unsubscribed from their email list and they still keep sending me emails.
misleading advertising: Product listed on line (Oral-B Super…
Product listed on line (Oral-B Super Floss) was not found in the store. Customer service said that there were 5 in stock but none could be found.
Don't buy online.
Bought a lap top online, they sent me a used laptop that had a crack on the side of it, it has no available updates as it is that far out of date. I ordered from Walmart canada, and they sent me this broken laptop from the states and charged me another $65 for the duties fees/tariff taxes.
I don't recommend ordering anything online, if you can't walk in to the store and buy your item, it is not worth ordering anything online. They have horrible customers service.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
