I'd suggest avoiding this company like the plague.... or is Ebola the latest nasty?
Numerous failings in their management process, with failures to provide information in adequate timescales.

Guaranteed to slow down the complaints process until you give up and prevent recovery of your deposit. So I guess I'm another person that still hasn't seen their deposit after over a month.

Incapable of managing a rental fairly. Happily breaching many of their mandatory Code of Practice requirements as dictated by their membership of TPOS. Don't expect to see your deposit!

After almost three years renting our first home, we have just finished our tenancy with Walton & Allen and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

As first time renters, everything felt quite new and sometimes overwhelming at the start. However, Annie made the whole process smooth, reassuring, and stress free. She was always approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever we had questions or any issues arise during our tenancy.

Annie consistently dealt with problems quickly and professionally, and we always felt listened to and respected. It made such a difference knowing we had someone reliable and understanding as our main point of contact.

We truly enjoyed our time in our first home and are very grateful to both Walton & Allen and especially Annie Cording for making those three years such a positive experience.

We would absolutely recommend them to other tenants, especially anyone renting for the first time.

I was a tenant im one of their properties for 4 years. Throughout my tenancy I had issues with black mould, flooding bathrooms, damp walls, leaking taps, mould embedded in the window seals, broken windows. When they want something from you like rent and to do their checks they expect instant response, when its something they are contractually obligated to sort they will take months. They will evicit you using a section 21 withoutstandinf issues and re rent the property put for way more. They are ran by an incompetent director Joe Walton with other useless employees like Brent Weightmen, they cant communicate or hold themselves accountable for anything. After they evicted me they tried to steal my deposit and spent 4 months trying to get it back, the useless idiots didnt even upload evidence to fight their claim. Awful through and through. Landlords if you want a good service and a good relationship with tenants avoid them at all costs. Tenants try renting elsewhere. When will these criminal agents get shown some justice.

Annie was brilliant during my tenancy, all issues were solvedvery quickly. Would reccomend!
