Firstly Anton was incredibly helpful from the support line, not with just completing the setup but advice as to how to most efficiently utilise the options. Important note, setup requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection, if you are using 5GHz or have an automatic dual setup it will not work. I got round this by setting up a temporary compatible 2.4GHz login. Once the system is up and running it will work with the dual WiFi, but not for initial setup.

We bought a property with a warmup system fitted; however, we did not know if it was working. Contacted Warmup, who worked out what system it was, and then sent us various email instructions,s and we now know that the system works and have sent us a full instruction book. It was no bother for them and helped us all the way, even though we had not purchased from them , great customer service espically from ANTON

I made an enquiry through their web mail asking about the availability of printed instructions for operating a replacement controller for their underfloor heating system that has just had to be installed. The box in which it was supplied included only the printed installation instructions = which said nothing about how tooperate it! Their web site is full of videos but I couldn't find anything in printed form.
More than a week has passed and I have not had even an acknowledgement.

Absolutely fantastic after sales service from Warmup. I needed a warranty replacement and they’re right on it. No messing. They also use DPD couriers and you’re constantly kept informed as to the status of your parcel. Other companies could learn a thing or two about looking after customers from Warmup. They give you the confidence of longevity in your installations.
I highly recommend them.

My grandparents have moved to a new home with this heating system, and Anton was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with supporting me to set it up for them. I’m just waiting for it to be deactivated from the old occupiers account, but he was able to provide a timescale for this and said he’d be there to support when we could progress.

As part of a bathroom refurb a Warmup system was installed. I called the company early in the New Year to ask for some advice. The member of staff was overall unhelpful.
For the next couple of weeks I trawled the internet and enlisted help from the bathroom installation team but seemed to be getting no where.
As a final attempt I called Warmup again and fortunately this time Harley answered the call. He was very emphatic, listened well and talked me through my issue. With his help the system is now working as I expected it to.

Quick turn around as usual.
*Not given a 5star as I need to contact them regarding the courier, DPD repeatedly dump ordered products outside a showroom which was open and only reason I knew to look was the email confirming delivery.
