Easy and brilliant company to work with.
Made three claims with these guys, each one was easy with limited fuss. The last one I claimed was a case of raising it via phone, emailing a copy of the receipt on a Friday. It was approved the following Monday, and the money landed in my bank by the following Friday.
Can't fault them at all. Keep your servicing etc up to date and in accordance with recommended manufacturer guidelines to keep everything valid, and if you do, these guys are brilliant.

Valuable coverage at a reasonable price and easy claims process
Customer service is easy to get a hold of. They are very helpful and make the process very easy. I always go for the gold package and I have had a policy with them since 2020.I’ve had two claims totalling £800 plus, and one claim for the MOT failure that was just under £400. The increase in the premium for the policy has only got up £20 or so from last year. I will continue to renew a policy with them until the car mileage exceeds their coverage. very worthwhile investment.

Exceptional coverage offered.
Although more expensive than a Mercedes warranty the ease of taking up the quotation and the level of coverage offered when compared with MB was a deciding factor in my purchase.
