Peace of mind for stress free motoring
Website easy to navigate and levels of cover and excess explained very clearly. The premium was very competitive compared to other extended warrantees I have looked at. The cover provided for the vehicle was detailed and clearly stated the mechanical & electrical systems included.

Pedantic in the extreme
Pedantic in the extreme. Refused to cover a turbo failure on a vehicle that has had more services than required due to a service being slightly over the manufacturers service interval. Looked for every possible way to avoid paying and would never use again. To repeat, the car has been serviced regularly and on time barring once when it was slightly over, and more times than recommended to ensure smooth running. A possible reduction in amount paid would have been fair, but they avoided paying a penny. Been a customer for years and expected a far more measured, reasonable and professional approach.
