Loved the first half of my order

This order came super fast, and everything inside was in perfect condition. Very happy with these products, however still waiting for the other half of the order :( 2 weeks later.

Great product, on time

The order came on time and was delivered. It was a bag for my body board .Well constructed , and enough room for two bodyboards. Reminder: Delta, at least, treats each surf board and body board (in cases such as the one I bought) as one piece of luggage. No problem. Many other companies us USPS, which more often than not, is late with the delivery. Still with UPS or FEDX or an equally responsible carrier.

Excellent

Clear ordering process especially showing overseas or customs fee. And delivery was unbelievably quick from uk to nz showing tracking all the way. Excellent!

Great customer service

I had to return the wetsuit I ordered as it was too small, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I ultimately found another brand and size that fits perfectly!

Really happy with watersports outlet

I ordered a dry suit and some neoprene gloves. I sent an email requesting that the dry suit arrive before a paddling event on the river that was coming up. And it actually did even though it was fairly short notice. Someone at water sports outlet put the effort in over the Christmas holidays to push my order through!!! Quality is great and customer service response has been great.
