We booked the boat we thought would suit our needs and the next morning I got the confirmation phone call and all the necessary information. Payment was made and an easy trouble free experience was a pleasure to remember.

First time on a narrow boat on the British canals. We received excellent help choosing the perfect spot for our holiday. We had 8 days in all and had a wonderful time on the Stratford up on Avon and The Grand Canal. All the locks where both hard work and great fun. We would like to do it again.

Waterways were brilliant to deal with. My initial email enquiry was answered by the next day, and all emails thereafter. All my requests were taken into account, and a change of date and time was accommodated. Thanks Waterways, and especially Trudi who was the one who I was dealing with.

Very clear and simple instructions for making a booking request online. Followed up with a phone call from the company; the lady who dealt with my booking was very polite and helpful, giving full information about what was included in the reservation and all terms and conditions etc.. She also took time to find out answer to a question I had regarding particular facilities; she made enquiries with the boat operator on my behalf and then phoned me back within half an hour with the answer.

Once we’d reserved our holiday online we got a callback as soon as the office was open. Everything was gone through and explained clearly and we were able to book and pay for our holiday over the phone with no problems.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, letting us know best Airport to fly into and how to get to the boat yard, plus shopping online is a good idea, we didn't think of that!
