The spa is nice, we enjoy it, but we have a leak. It is a warranty-thing, but we wait for repair-service since 5 weeks, but nothing happened. So the client-service is not good. If we knew that before, we had our doubts about Wellis.
Update to Wellus: We already reported the problem and get a number and still waiting. So we don't fill in again what you sent us below.

Update: No response at all...the problem is not solved yet. We got no reaction from Wellis, they did not give any sign of service. Too bad. A very bad client-service. They like sale an expansive spa, but then.... even worse: there is a terrible noise like something hit the cover inside.
Is Wellis waiting till the warranty is over?
It is 15.06.2025 now.

We ordered a jakuzzi nearly a year ago. Since then, we haven’t had any problems with it, does it’s job in an excellence way every day. The maintance doesn’t require much professional knowledge, just doing the recommended tasks is enough to kepp the water clean and fresh.

The range of products available is fine, it's easy to find the best fitting hot tub by price and functions. We picked a Budapest Premium.
The process of buying the tub was almost flowless, with acceptable delivery time. Installation and startup was correct, accurate and detailed. We had one minor issue with something producing vibrations inside the pool, but it was fixed very quickly, no charge.
The pool itself is just fine. Seats are comfortable, operation and maintenance is easy. The heat pump unit is a bit loud, but efficient. It's a single pump model, so massage is better when it runs only on half of the spa. When using it on the entire pool it's just relaxing and fine, but when turning off half of the seats it gives a good massage.
Overall, experience is not 100%, but 99% :)

A friend of mine told me he got his one of the wellis's partners in dorset so we checked it out there. we were looking for a smaller but still comfortable hot tub and the Malaga was like... perfect. At first we thought the 6-person version is too much for us but actually it’s great. more space = more comfort!!

I like my hot tub but have questions about it and the dealer sent me the online published booklet. It would be nice to ask specific questions and have a person answer rather than looking through the glossary trying to find a match.

The product itself is not bad, although not a powerful enough motor to give a decent massage to 5 people. Two is OK.
However, customer communications re non-existent!
Wrote repeatedly asking a question. If it's the case that only re-sellers look after customers, write & tell us!

We have our spa now 2 years and at first place, I have to say that everything works, and it works without major problems. We enjoy it, all the futures (remote control, music, colors, ...), but there are small thing to improve -> at first, there is, as it seems, no available automatic water monitoring / maintenance system for our model year of spa. Wellis has some in shop, but they were not recomended to us. The shapes od sitting places also always holds some water (it would be maybe good to have there some small drainage hole), so during clearing, when I want once upon a time, really get all water our, I need to manually "shovel it out". And maybe remote controling could be also improved, it sometimes lose signal and I need to manually unplug and plug in the adapter from power. But overall, we are satisfied.

For over a year, my wellis Swimspa has had cracks in the basin, which were patched last year and have reopened. The dealer does not respond to emails. There is a 7 or 10 year warranty on the shell/cover.

Bought my Malaga hot tub 3yrs ago and have had great fun with it.The only problem I’ve had recently is that all the 5” jet seals are now leaking,which need replacing.Unfortunately Wellis only sell the seals with the jet bodies,but overall I would recommend Wellis hot tubs.
