Wonderful customer service, great products and prices.
A few years ago I bought a GWR replica station seat from Wells Reclamation, Although I paint it every year, like all wood the feet are beginning to rot. I phoned Wells Reclamation to enquire if I could purchase new feet for the bench. They said they would get back to me. They did get back to me to say they could make the feet. This morning they rang to say the feet were ready. The customer service from Wells Reclamation is fantastic and exemplary. It is a pity more businesses are not like Wells Reclamation. So well done to you guys,
I had a last minute flash of inspiration/imagination and ordered a couple of delightful stone gremlins for decorating a new front wall which is nearing completion, asking if they could be dispatched pdq. Which they were. Then I wondered if they ought to be sealed against the rigours of outdoor life. Emailed them (Wells Reclamation, not the gremlins - perish the thought!) and received a very helpful reply from Oli within a couple of hours. Excellent service.
Haydn was truly amazing at helping me find the right niche little bits I wanted for my house and garden! When I turned up I asked for help and he helped me with no questions asked! Highly recommend going to have a look! I promise you will find what you’ve not been looking for! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience of the Wells Reclamation is exceptionally positive.
The staff are ‘bend over backwards’ helpful and friendly. They appear to stock everything and anything you may need or want!
We have bought lots of stunning pieces of furniture from them and their service has always been amazing. I am delighted with the quality of this furniture and know each piece is so solid and well made and maintained it will last us forever. I cannot fault the service they provide-and in this day and age-(high quality) reclaimed goods seems to definitely be the way forwards!

Emma and the Team are really helpful, and assist with short notice requests when sourcing architectural salvage bits and pieces. Quality is great and even have sorted delivery to our sites. Thank you.

We received a brilliant service from really knowledgeable staff. We were looking for flagstone flooring and there was loads of choice. In the end we settled for a blue limestone. It’s beautiful and much better than anything we could find on line. We also bought loads of beautiful oak for our loft renovation. Thank you.

Needed large quantities of flag stones for a patio. Wide selection of well priced stone on site. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.

IF NOT BUYING, it is a place to go with the kids for a free walk around to look at loads of junk and crazy stuff like statues. There is a free car park and toilets. So it is free entertainment, especially good for small children. Lots of strange and old things there. Dogs are also allowed.
Whatever you do, don't buy anything though because lots of reproductions and Chinese eBay things are mixed in with the old and antiques. I bought something that was labelled and falsely described as very old (Georgian) when it was just a hollow hardboard door. If this happens and you complain, they just say Sold as Seen, which is disappointing and deceptive. Not the best business model. The owner I found to be abrasive and she chose to victimise rather than try to resolve my complaint with a refund or return option.
Look but don't buy is my advice

I totally agree with the other reviewer - rude and unreasonable. After paying £85 for the delivery of my order, it did not arrived as promised (wasting a whole day waiting for it) and nobody could be bothered to find out why it hadn't arrived or tell me when it would or call me back. I requested a partial refund for the delivery charge (which I thought was reasonable seeing as it arrived 3 days later than promised and arrived with no prior warning at all) but was told they were not going to discuss it any further. I agree with the other reviewer - don't pay money to a business that has so little regard for their customers (after taking their money).

Rude and unhelpful.
I called to try and place an order for over 400sqm of stone slabs - quite a good sized order. Total lack of service, information, assistance and general presumption of superiority.
I found someone else to supply, who is cheaper and more reliable. Don't give your money to companies who don't appreciate your custom.
