A few years ago I bought a GWR replica station seat from Wells Reclamation, Although I paint it every year, like all wood the feet are beginning to rot. I phoned Wells Reclamation to enquire if I could purchase new feet for the bench. They said they would get back to me. They did get back to me to say they could make the feet. This morning they rang to say the feet were ready. The customer service from Wells Reclamation is fantastic and exemplary. It is a pity more businesses are not like Wells Reclamation.
