Very poor customer service when told…
Very poor customer service when told about cold water coming out warm and told to waste water by running water to come out colder, this is not best thing to say when told to save water.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. During prolonged periods of hot weather, such as the recent heatwave, cold water pipes can warm up underground, which may result in cold taps running warmer than usual.
I appreciate your concern about water conservation. If you do need to run the tap briefly to obtain cooler water, I recommend collecting the water for other uses, such as watering plants.
Alternatively, many customers find it helpful to keep a jug of drinking water in the fridge during this warmer weather.

We were visited by a very pleasant Ricky Nelmes who was very polite, friendly and quickly set about dealing with our extemely blocked drain. He had it clear in no time and we cannot thank him enough. Would recommend the service we recieved as excellent.

The leak I reported several days ago, and that you said you were aware of, was still there when I drove past yesterday. I know you said you had to get permission from a land owner but surely when water is flowing down the lane there is something you can do.
