We have used WYW twice now & are delighted with our door and windows.
If we encountered a problem it was sorted quickly without fuss or drama. A special thank you to Dawn in the customer service team who organised everything & kept us informed throughout.
They even replaced an item that was just out of warranty.

Excellent customer service from Chloe
I contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote to replace the windows after seeing the very positive reviews online. Chloe came to visit to discuss the quote and she was extremely helpful, giving plenty of advice on things I had not even thought about and providing ideas on what may or may not work in terms of window configurations. I had other window companies out to provide quotes and she was by far the most helpful, discussing aspects of the windows which other sales consultants had completely overlooked. Whilst I have not proceeded with the order on this occasion due to other priorities on the house, I will certainly consider West Yorkshire windows when looking to replace the windows in the near future, in large part due to the great customer service provided by Chloe.

The installation was superb all left with no making good required internally. Wakas Malik was always available to assist with any queries from the point of order to completion of installation. Would recommend this company to anyone and we will use again.

After an issue with one window the full team were easy to contact and sorted out the problem without delay.
Everyone from the first call in right through to the installer were very efficient, friendly and prompt.

New front door
Wanted to get new front door - went to West Yorkshire Windows because they put in my windows 4 years ago and were most satisfactory. Once more, they have not disappointed! Once more Carl Farrar came to my home, He listened carefully, helped me to find the correct possible options and was very patient whilst I made up my mind. Great after sales service!
Had a replacement conservatory roof fitted in July 2021 by West Yorkshire Windows but some problems developed after 3 years, with several of the cap ends on the roof needing replacing. Got in touch with their Customer Services team and in spite of this not being a big job I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to get the problem fixed as part of their after sales support. Problem solved and just like new - great after sales service!

This is a review for the sister company, Trent valley windows.
We were happy with the service from start to finish. During the planning phase we were able to see what the final product would look like.
The installation went very smoothly and the product has a nice finish.
This review only doesn’t receive 5 stars due to the 3rd party scaffolding company failing to turn up and I wasted a day staying in for them
