A good shop.

Easy to order, plenty of choices. The product was as described and was good quality. Fast ordering process. All in all, a good shopping experience.

I'm an unusual shape

I'm an unusual shape, big chest, really narrow waist and couldn't find anything to fit. Rang up, had a chat and have now got a wetsuit that fits. Albeit it looks like sausage meat in a Johnny but it fits!

Really great service

Really great service. My first order went missing with the courier but I emailed the wetsuit outlet, who promptly sent another which arrived the following day. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

Returns 9th April, refund not received

made my returns on 9th April by recorded delivery. I'm still waiting for my refund. There is no pending refund from Wetsuit Outlet in my bank acccount. As I have already informed Wetsuit Outlet by emails and on their online query form, I will instruct my bank to stop the payment I had made my respective purchase by Wednesday 30th April 9am GMT

I have given my bank account details earlier today. I note the refund has yet to be paid into my bank account. As I have mentioned a number of times, I will instruct my bank to stop the respective payment if the refund is not received (not pending) by this Wednesday 9am GMT.
