Challenging part exchange experience
Making a purchase of used equipment online was fairly straightforward. Getting the credit online for goods traded in against the purchase was beyond me. But the phone support was outstanding.

Gone downhill lately
Gone downhill lately. They have let me down on two orders recently both times cancelling items the day before arrival, leaving me in a predicament before a job (yes I shouldn’t order kit last min) - I used to be able to rely on Wex and I just can’t any more.
The last order arrived in about 6 shipments for small items each with their own tracking so I got swamped with emails & texts, apparently they were mostly dispatched from separate stores. Probably can’t be helped but still - annoying. Absolutely loads and loads of plastic wrap around everything which isn’t needed.
Guy on the phone standoffish & defensive - not professional, no apology for missing items.
No reason to keep shopping here unless I have to.
