I like Wex a lot. They have a good range of products at competitive prices. Have bought a lot of things from them over the years.

Excellent used camera, delivered quickly and appears to work well, just need to go out into the field and try getting some pictures with it.

Always my go to source for photographic gear knowing I am always going to get first class service in spite of not being a regular customer. Prompt delivery and goods always as described. The prices are fair and competive, the pre-owned gear often a real bargain. Well deserve the highest of recommendations.

Great camera body (Sony A450) had problems with the ms pro duo slot as every card comes up with a message saying data may be lost.

I visited the Cambridge store on Wednesday 26th August hoping to pick up a battery for my Fujifilm camera. Oliver helped me very quickly, knew exactly which battery I needed and even offered to charge it up while I went shopping. An hour and a half later I popped in to pick up the battery, and it was indeed fully charged. David, who was equally helpful and friendly, helped me with the transaction.
Brilliant service! Oliver and David certainly went over and above this time for a very small purchase. I'll be back! Thank you both!

Top quality used goods at a fair price and delivery is quick and well boxed

My first purchases from Wex weren't perfect but they did their best to rectify the situation via refunds and that Is reasonable and fair. I believe you get the measure of a company on how they resolve issues. Wex didn't disappoint. Id be confident in purchasing from them again. I'd just advise them to smarten up their QC on used kit and send some of their staff on a customer appreciation course! On this occasion I might have gone down the bargain end......but my owned Leica's infer that's not always the case!

The item I put in basket the wexphoto let me know the item was not in stock anymore after I paid for it.
