Two smashing members of staff
I came in for some compost and a lovely young gentleman I think was called Marcus/Mark helped me put 3 bags on my trolley, then put them into my car. A young girl called Grace was very friendly & caring. What 2 lovely members of staff! I’ve been in previously but have never experienced staff like them before. I hope to see you both again!

This company helped my client choose the WetRoom of her dreams after previously being let down by another plumber. My client over ordered and Sophie I think her name was, managed to help get a refund right away. I have since sent more clients to Wickes for bathroom suites, quick delivery, good customer service and always a friendly smile.

I recently visited Wickes and was helped by Sophie Alice. I didn't know Sophie before this visit, but she made such a positive impression that I wanted to leave a review.
Sophie Alice was friendly, approachable, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to ask about my business and offered helpful advice and support that I really appreciated.
As someone with learning difficulties and a disability, I found Sophie to be incredibly patient, understanding, and easy to communicate with. She explained everything clearly, treated me with kindness and respect, and made me feel valued as a customer.
It's rare to receive customer service as good as this. Sophie Alice is a real credit to the Wickes team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Sophie, for making my visit such a positive experience.
