The Exeter branch were excellent
The Exeter branch were extremely helpful. Sophie went out or way to assist me with my order. Exceptional customer service. On my previous visits I have struggled however this visit renewed my trust in wicks thank you 👍👍👍

I had a great experience shopping at Wickes. I only went in to buy a few tester pots, and although the store was very busy, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help.
Despite how busy they were, I was still greeted with a smile and made to feel like a valued customer. It's great to see such excellent customer service, especially during busy periods. Thank you to the team for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Two smashing members of staff
I came in for some compost and a lovely young gentleman I think was called Marcus/Mark helped me put 3 bags on my trolley, then put them into my car. A young girl called Grace was very friendly & caring. What 2 lovely members of staff! I’ve been in previously but have never experienced staff like them before. I hope to see you both again!

I have since sent more clients to Wickes for bathroom suites, quick delivery, good customer service and always a friendly smile.
