I wanted to return some unopened ‘floor underlay ‘ and purchase some more laminate flooring . My receipt was 4 weeks out of the return policy . I asked the staff nember if it would be possible to do an exchange and she said ‘no’ because my receipts was out of date - I explained that i did not want a refund , just an exchange but she said she could’t . I asked if she would ask the manager , she said they wouldn't do it but did ask . KIRAN stepped in and let me do the exchange …… his professional and great customer service has enabled me to be a continued, loyal customer of Wickes . Thank you so much Kiran ….. excellent job , i was at fault but you just made it all so easy and seem less , really appreciate it .

Kitchen design and quote: Victoria Seabury was the Design Consultant, whom was very pleasant, patient, experienced, skilled in 3D design and was able make our vision a reality by ensuring key appliances was located in accordance with health and safety regulations. The process enabled me to have a practical demonstration of how my choice of work top, colour of cupboard doors and handles looked. I left the meeting with some 3D drawings, an electronic version too and itemised pricelist (no hard sell).
