Excellent boots
Excellent boots! Please be aware that you have to choose 1/2 size bigger than your regular shoes. In my case I'm 42 or 8 and choose 42.5 or 8.5. I always choose a half size bigger from regular for sport shoes in order that my thumb doesn't injury with boots limits

Nuestra entrega estándar es de aproximadamente 6 días laborables pero sin embargo, en ocasiones surgen retrasos ajenos a nuestro control. Es muy raro que los paquetes no se entreguen en este plazo y estos retrasos pueden ser debidos a situaciones como retenciones aduaneras.
Nos alegra ver que el pedido fue entregado sin más incidencias y le deseamos un feliz día.

La fecha sugerida para la entrega no se cumplió y el servicio de tracking del envío no funcionó hasta que éste estaba ya para entrega. Es además la tercera vez que me pasa con Wiggle.
The day of delivery was not the initially expected. The tracking system from the shipping service did not work for a whole week, and it only did so when the package was in Madrid, by the door.

Sentimos escuchar sobre el retraso en la entrega de su pedido y nos alegra ver que ya ha sido entregado, con lo que procedemos a cerrar la reclamación que teníamos abierta con el transportista.
En este caso me temo que por un error técnico el paquete no fue escaneado correctamente en los puntos de control y por ello no se actualizó la herramienta de seguimiento. Tenga en cuenta que esto son casos puntuales.
Esperamos que el resto de sus pedidos se entreguen en el plazo indicado de 6 días laborables estimados.
