Dissatisfied with baggage delay investigation

Unusually for wiggle, the delivery was delayed.When I inquired with Wiggle that the delivery item information was stopped on the way, I was contacted to wait a few days.Two days later, the package started to move, but there was no contact.After a while after the item was delivered, I was informed that the package should have arrived.I felt that the report was inadequate, as there was no explanation of the progress or the reason why the luggage was stopped.
The product has a good design and a good fit, so it feels light.

Wrong delivery

I contacted them because none of the items I ordered were included, but they were left unattended for a month. I have sent 4 emails and still no response. Moreover, it was less than half the amount I asked for because it was all I didn't need.

Trouble Solution

I haven't received my package for more than a month. The reply is slow and not sincerely. When trouble occurs, the solution is poor.

the purchase process is very smooth.

I use a translation tool. I used it in Japan.
First of all, the purchase process is very smooth.
I was able to follow the delivery status to some extent. (I can't deny that I was a little nervous because I couldn't find the details, but that's the charm.)
Above all, it is very nice to be able to buy low-priced Campagnolo wheels at a low price, which are not available in Japan.

It takes time to ship

It takes time to ship. I don't know if it's because the delivery destination is Japan, but anyway it takes long time to receive the purchased item. Each time it takes about 2-3 weeks.

I am unable to track the product. After waiting for more than a month, when I asked for the product to be resent, I was told that it was out of stock and would be refunded.
Inquiry response was also insufficient, and this time it was disappointing.
But it was a good lesson. Even if you inquire, the product may not arrive

Only from wiggle

I am a cyclist in Japan, and I can obtain European original cycle gadgets and wears with reasonable prices from only wiggle (NOT from a axaxon…).
And I love DHB wears, so wiggle is sole mean for me!

The materials are good and strong

The materials are good and strong, valuable enough to get. The concern is the length. The waist size can be chosen and controlled well by nice adjuster, whereas the length can not be. Also, tapered along lower leg is not tapered enough, worried about intervention to front gear. Otherwise, I like it to get another one.

The credibility of the product…

The credibility of the product information is high. However, it is not perfect.
For example, in the case of autumn/winter jerseys, it is not always possible to know the right temperature.
If only this could be improved, I would give it 5 stars.

very satisfied

Despite being overseas, I am satisfied because the time from ordering to the arrival of the product is short and the purchase price standard for free shipping is low. Many popular items are sold out, so I would like the popular items to have a shorter arrival cycle.
